You can schedule a tour of our apartments by calling our main office or filling out the contact form on our website. Our leasing agents will be happy to show you around and answer any questions you may have.

To apply for an apartment, you will need to fill out an application form and provide proof of income, a credit check, and a background check. There is also a one time $45 Application fee. Once your application is approved, you will need to sign a lease agreement and pay a security deposit.

Our apartments come with a variety of amenities, including but not limited to: in-unit washer and dryer, stainless steel appliances, and fitness center. Please visit the Amenities tab for a full list of amenities.

To move in, you will need to pay the $45 Application fee. Upon Approval, you will need to pay $125 Admin Fee and the Security Deposit within 48 hours to secure the apartment. The prorated rent for your first month is due by your move in date, and must be paid in order to receive your keys. 

We offer flexible 12-15 month leases.
