You can schedule a tour of our apartments by calling our main office or filling out the contact form on our website. Our leasing agents will be happy to show you around and answer any questions you may have.

To apply for an apartment, you will need to fill out an application form and provide proof of income, a credit check, and a background check. There is no fee to apply.  Once your application is approved, you will need to sign a lease agreement, pay a security deposit and an Admin Fee.

Our apartments come with a variety of amenities, including but not limited to: in-unit washer and dryer, stainless steel appliances, and fitness center. Please visit the Amenities tab for a full list of amenities.

All applications are done on our website in the "Apply Now" tab. 

Upon Approval of your Application, you will need to pay $125 Admin Fee and the Security Deposit within 48 hours to secure the apartment. The prorated rent for your first month is due by your move in date, and must be paid in order to receive access to your unit.

We offer flexible 9-16 month leases.  

Rent must be paid online with a debit, credit or ACH. ACH will not be accepted for deposits or first month rent unless paid 15 days before taking possession of the unit. If an ACH fails, the tenant will be charged a $35 NSF fee and ACH will no longer be accepted from the tenant. 

No, we do not require renters insurance although it is recommended. 

Yes, up to two pets are allowed. Maximum of 1 dog per unit with a max weight of 50lbs. Must have proof of up-to-date vaccinations. Pet Deposit is $300/pet and per rent is $35/month/pet.

Maintenance requests are sent through the tenant portal and you can follow the progress of the repair as well. 

A 30 days advance written notice is required.
